BBB’s Savvy Consumer Program discusses important marketplace issues with people of all ages. The program is designed to provide the public with information, tools, resources and guidance for making wise consumer choices in today’s complex marketplace. BBB’s expertise is based on one hundred years of marketplace observation, interaction and reporting. Following is an overview of our most popular topics, although we are able to customize presentations to meet your needs. Presentations last anywhere from 20 to 45 minutes and may be followed by a question and answer period. There is no cost for this service.
