Matthew Fehling
BBB President/CEO
Matthew M. Fehling is the President and CEO of the Better Business Bureau of Central, Northern and Western Arizona. He has earned a Bachelor of Science degree from Virginia Commonwealth University's School of Mass Communications. Matthew joined the BBB of Central, Northern and Western Arizona in 2004 as the Executive Vice President. In January 2006, he was appointed President and CEO.
Prior to joining the BBB of Central, Northern and Western Arizona Matthew served as the Director of Operations at the Denver/Boulder BBB in Denver, Colorado. While at the Denver/Boulder BBB, Matthew was responsible for introducing electronic capabilities to the entire organization and providing BBB's core services to the public in Spanish.

Felicia Thompson
V.P. of Marketing & Communications
Felicia N. Thompson is Director of Marketing and Communications for Better Business Bureau of Central, Northern and Western Arizona. She earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Journalism from The University of Arizona in Tucson and also holds a Masters of Business Administration from the University of Phoenix.
At BBB, Felicia oversees the marketing and communication department, which is responsible for overall communications, marketing and outreach. As BBB’s spokesperson for local and national television, radio and print media, Felicia provides reliable, accurate information for all areas of focus.

Mary Hawkes
Director, Yavapai County Office
Mary Hawkes is Director of the Yavapai County Branch Office of the Better Business Bureau of Central, Northern and Western Arizona.
She has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Education. She has worked primarily in social services; community relations and outreach; and community education.
Ms. Hawkes has worked for BBB for eight years since the Yavapai Branch Office opened in 2002. She coordinates BBB services for the branch office in Prescott providing: presentations on marketplace issues for consumers and businesses; direct communication with consumers and businesses regarding inquiries; and contact for Northern Arizona television, radio and print media.

Myriam Cruz
Community Relations Specialist
Myriam Cruz is the Community Relations Specialist for the Better Business Bureau of Central, Northern and Western Arizona. Myraim has earned a Bachelor of Science in Marketing and Advertising from Northern Arizona University in Flagstaff, Arizona.
As a Community Relations Specialist for BBB, Myriam plays a vital role in the development and translation of communication materials ensuring the message of ‘trust’ that represents BBB is shared with the community. Fostering relationships with local and national Spanish-language media and local organizations is another important part of her role.

Janet Torricellas
Director, Yuma County Office
Janet Torricellas is Director of the Yuma County Branch Office of the Better Business Bureau Serving Central, Northern & Western Arizona. For more that six years, she held various positions with the Phoenix office before spearheading BBB's Yuma outreach.
As director, Janet coordinates and provides local educational presentations on marketplace issues to both consumers and businesses. Janet has also established a strong presence of BBB throughout the community by forging strong relationships with local media outlets and organizations. Additionally, she takes a leading role in the development and translation of educational materials shared with the community. |
